Since school is a time we bond, connect and learn together as a family, we do school year round. However, some months and seasons are more hectic than others for me, so I skip the self imposed pressure to document what we do together. December is one of those months but not this year. I did get some pictures of some of the things we did this year. Reading, drawing, baking, gardening, learning, family barbecues and love through it all. That is what I love about homeschooling. This feels like an emotional rant to me right now because I’m actually typing this blog in June 2025 and December 2024 has no idea what I am going to be living in June. But God is so good in His ways and even through this act of delayed rushed completion of an academic blog before starting the next academic year, He is helping me fill my heart with gratitude for what I have had.
